Today we’re having the family over for Easter. At least as much of the family we can get — some are sick, some are with other parts of the family and some are just too far away. Happy Easter all!

We’ve had a few power outages here. This morning the power was out for about 5 hours. That means the tree was not lit and the pictures were not updating. But, PGE came through and we’re back!! There is still the problem of dealing with the foot of snow is a town that doesn’t know [...]

We were late getting the tree because of snow and ice — both of which this town does not do well with. We will decorate the tree this weekend and finally have the controllable angel which I know you have been waiting for. We plan on wagilia dinner Christmas eve and the family over Christmas [...]

Happy Holidays to everyone! The celebration days are quickly approaching. We will have the family over for Thanksgiving dinner starting at 1pm PST on November 27th. Stop by for some turkey and pumpkin pie.

The plan is to have wagilia (traditional polish Christmas Eve dinner) at sunset PST on Christmas Eve. Then our extended family will arrive for limited present opening. Christmas morning will be our traditional family present opening followed by a pleasant day of sitting around enjoying the peace of Christmas Day. Come and join us.

The family will be over today to decorate the tree. It looks a lot better with lights on it. Speaking of lights, the Christmas Tree Angel and the garland lights can now be turned on and off. The tree is not going up today. Family can’t come over to decorate the tree so the plan is now to put up the tree sometime this week and then have a big gathering next Saturday to decorate it. Stop on by and turn the angel on and off.

The family will be gathering on Easter Sunday at 11 am PDT. Come join us for some ham and salad to go with your chocolate bunnies.

If things go as planned, next Sunday will have the family over for family night. It should start around 3pm PST.
